Refund & Cancellation Policy

Standard Policy: Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment source.
1. Cancellation by Parent/Student
  • Cancellation :Once Payment Done no cancellation allowed.
2. Event Cancellation

If the camp is cancelled by HEM Udaan due to unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund will be issued to all registered participants.
